Federal Judges Reject Deportation Attempt

Secretary of State Marco Rubio just got shot down by federal judges who refused to deport two pro-Palestinian college students. Mohsen Mahdawi from Columbia and Rümeysa Öztürk from Tufts University were accused by Rubio of posing a threat to foreign policy. It’s a pretty bold claim, but apparently, the judges didn’t buy it.

A Threat to Foreign Policy?

Rubio’s argument that these two students are a threat to foreign policy seems ridiculous. What’s next, deporting anyone who disagrees with the administration? It’s not like they’re plotting to overthrow the government or anything. They’re just exercising their right to free speech.
