Criticism went viral on social media, and a New York Times article exposed former employees’ accounts of abuse, just days before a Noma pop-up in LA was set to open. It’s ridiculous that it took this long for Redzepi to face the music.
The allegations against him won’t go away, and it’s about time someone took responsibility. Don’t expect Noma to bounce back from this anytime soon.
