ICE Agent in Hot Water

An ICE officer is facing a misdemeanor charge after getting into a fight with an activist at a gas station in Illinois last month.
Brookfield Police Chief Michael Kuruvilla says officers showed up at the scene on December 27 to check out a reported battery.
The victim, a Chicago-based activist, apparently got into it with the ICE agent, and now that agent is in trouble.
