Cher’s Kid Loses It

Elijah Allman, Cher’s 49-year-old son, got busted on Friday for acting like a total lunatic at a private school in New Hampshire. It’s not like he’s a student there or anything – he just showed up and started causing a scene.

What Went Down

Cops got a call around 7 pm about some guy freaking out in the cafeteria at St. Paul’s School. When they arrived, they found Allman being super aggressive and generally making a nuisance of himself. They slapped him with four misdemeanor charges: two counts of simple assault, criminal trespass, and criminal threatening. Oh, and he also got a disorderly conduct ticket, because why not?

It’s worth noting that Allman’s dad was the late Gregg Allman, so maybe he’s got some rockstar tantrum-throwing genes or something. Anyway, he’s out on bail now, and his case is moving through the system.

Cher’s people aren’t talking, and the school is staying mum too. Allman’s lawyer hasn’t been named, so who knows what his defense will be. Maybe he’ll just claim he was having a bad day?
