I’m Hooked on These Crazy-Easy Buffalo Cauliflower Bites
FoodMy Obsession with Buffalo Sauce
I’m a spice addict, and Buffalo sauce is my weakness. As a vegetarian, I had to find alternatives to the classic chicken wings. That’s when I discovered Buffalo cauliflower bites, and I’ve been hooked ever since.
The Problem with Other Recipes
I tried plenty of recipes, but they were all too fussy. Dredging cauliflower in egg and flour, then baking or frying? No thanks. I wanted something simple, healthy, and crispy.
The Solution
My recipe uses just three key ingredients: cauliflower, garlic powder, and hot sauce. It’s a total no-brainer. Roast the cauliflower in the oven with some olive oil, salt, and pepper until it’s crispy, then toss it with hot sauce. Boom.
Ways to Use Buffalo Cauliflower Bites
These bites are ridiculously versatile. Use them in tacos, bowls, or as a snack on their own. You can even wrap them in lettuce leaves for a low-carb treat.
The Recipe
Here’s what you need:
- 1 medium head cauliflower
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/3 cup hot sauce (I like Frank’s RedHot)
Simply roast the cauliflower in the oven, toss it with hot sauce, and you’re done.
