A Stopgap Won’t Cut It

Don’t expect a miracle. The Senate’s not even close to a funding deal, and it’s getting ugly. The ICE fight’s intensifying, and it’s anyone’s guess how this will play out. One thing’s for sure: a stopgap bill won’t be enough to satisfy the Democrats, and the stalemate’s far from over.
