Disturbing Allegations

Madison Paige Jones, a former substitute teacher, and her boyfriend Zackery Dondlinger are facing a combined 38 child sex crime charges. Their bonds are set at nearly $9 million.

Investigation Unfolds

Midlothian police launched an investigation in December after receiving allegations involving a 5-year-old child who lived in Jones’ home. Jones and Dondlinger were first arrested in December, but after additional charges were filed, their bonds increased dramatically.

Jones faces 13 counts of aggravated sexual assault of a child, one count of possession of child pornography, and other charges. Dondlinger faces similar charges, including one count of sexual performance by a child under 14.

Shocking Details

Court documents show Jones allegedly told investigators Dondlinger directed her to sexually assault the child, and she carried out the acts. She also told authorities she recorded videos of the abuse and sent them to Dondlinger through Snapchat.

It’s a ridiculous and disturbing case that’s left many questioning how this could happen, especially given Jones’ role as a substitute teacher.
