Bad Blood from the Start

President Trump’s team negotiated with Iran over its nuclear program, but it was clear Trump and Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu wanted more – they wanted to take down Iran’s leadership. It’s a move that was doomed from the start.

A Recipe for Disaster

Trump’s envoys were stuck between a rock and a hard place, trying to make deals with Iran while their boss and his buddy Netanyahu were pushing for regime change. It won’t come as a shock to anyone that it didn’t end well. The question is, what were they thinking?

It’s not like Iran’s leaders were going to roll over and play dead just because Trump and Netanyahu said so. Don’t expect any apologies from the White House, though – they’re too busy pointing fingers.
