Record Exports, But Not Where You’d Think

The US set a record for total exports in 2025, but here’s the thing: it’s not like Mexico and Canada are getting all the goods. In fact, it’s the opposite – those two countries, usually our top export markets, are getting a smaller slice of the pie than they have in decades.
