The United Nations officially recognized International Women’s Day back in 1977.
It’s commemorated in different ways, and to varying degrees, in places around the world.

What’s the Point of All This?

It’s simple: equality. Women won’t have equal rights until they’re treated the same as men.
And that’s not happening yet. Don’t expect it to change overnight, but it’s a start.
It’s time to stop talking and start doing.
